Drone Thermal Roof Inspection
Using the very latest technology from DJI, the Mavic 3 Thermal drone truly offers outstanding imagery. The drone uses a dual camera system which features a conventional camera and a thermal imaging camera mounted side by side.
The most popular application for our thermal drone is for the discovery of areas on a roof or building generating heat loss.
Conducting a thermal inspection with drone photography allows you to see a more detailed picture as well as an overview of the whole building, which might not be possible by conventional means. Using a drone to get an elevated view prevents the need for scaffolding, ladders, cherry pickers, or working at height, normally required to gain roof access. Overall, this makes drone based thermal roof inspections a much safer, efficient and cost-effective solution.
Realtime ground image feed
As part of our standard equipment, we offer the facility for the client to see what the drone camera sees. We can transmit live footage in high-definition to the ground for instant streaming, viewing and approval.
